Brett Monello

Brett Monello is a seasoned engineering and business development leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., Brett has been instrumental in the development of mixed-signal audio chips since December 2016. Prior to this role, Brett held significant positions including Vice President of Business Development at Avnera, which was acquired by Skyworks in 2018, and Chief Operations & Strategy Officer at Health Republic Insurance Company. With a robust background that includes consulting for various industries, as well as leadership roles such as CEO of Concero Technology and coaching girls' varsity lacrosse, Brett combines technical expertise with strategic insight. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.
