Chris Coviello

Chris Coviello, CBP, CCP, is a seasoned benefits management professional with extensive experience in the corporate sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Benefits at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since October 2014, Chris oversees the Corporate Benefits Department, focusing on US benefits strategic planning and international benefit programs across Canada, Europe, and APAC. Previously, at Philips from January 2011 to October 2014, Chris managed Health and Wellness Programs with a substantial budget while also handling 401(k) strategic planning. Earlier experience includes roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Chris contributed to health and welfare budgeting and compensation policy implementation. Chris holds a BA in Criminology from the University of Miami, earned in 1997.
