Marc Gougeon

Marc Gougeon has a robust background in applications engineering, currently serving as Director of Applications Engineering at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since May 2012. Prior positions at Skyworks include Sr. Manager and Principal Applications Engineer. Marc's industry experience began at Axiom Microdevices as a Systems Application Engineer and continued at SiGe Semiconductor as a Principal Product Engineer before its acquisition by Skyworks. Marc's career also includes time at Skyworks in various engineering roles, such as Systems Application Engineer and Senior Product Engineer, dating back to 1997. Academically, Marc holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a focus on communications from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
