Nilesh Mahale

Nilesh Mahale is a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Developer with extensive experience in leading development teams and delivering BI reporting and analytical solutions across various sectors. Currently at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since July 2021, Nilesh plays a crucial role in understanding business requirements, data analysis, and end-to-end BI solution delivery for multiple business partners, including Regulatory and Banking services. Previously, at CIT Bank from October 2019 to July 2021, Nilesh enhanced existing applications and implemented new functionalities. Nilesh began a career at Health Advocate from November 2013 to October 2019, where responsibilities included gathering business needs and developing dashboards for stakeholders. Nilesh holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
