Shayan Farahvash

Shayan Farahvash is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Senior Technical Director at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since October 2017, Farahvash has held significant roles including Executive Director of IC Design at Maxim Integrated from October 2010 to April 2017, and Senior Manager of Engineering at Qorvo, Inc. prior to that, where responsibilities included RFIC Systems Architect for Synthesizer and ISM-band Transceivers. Earlier in the career, Farahvash was a Principal Engineer at Hughes from March 2000 to April 2004 and contributed as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Ottawa. Academically, Farahvash obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and holds a BSEE from the University of Tehran.
