Susan Nitao, CCP, GRP, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in global compensation strategies. Currently serving as a Global Compensation Consultant at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since March 2023, Susan has held key roles in organizations such as Virgin Galactic, where Susan was the Senior Manager of Compensation, and CoreLogic, where Susan worked as Principal, Compensation. Additional experience includes positions at McAfee as Senior Compensation Partner, eBay as Compensation Programs Specialist, and Quantum as Senior Compensation Analyst.
