Yun Shi

Yun Shi is an accomplished professional in semiconductor engineering with extensive experience in wafer foundry and silicon technology. Currently serving as the Director of Wafer Foundry Engineering at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., since January 2024, Yun has previously held key positions such as Sr. Manager in both the Silicon Technology Group and Wafer Foundry Engineering at Cirrus Logic and Skyworks Solutions, respectively. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Operations at Morfis Semiconductor Inc., RF Technology & Foundry Engineer at Qualcomm, and Semiconductor Device Design at towerjazz. Yun's career began at IBM, where responsibilities included developing RF-LDMOS technology and TCAD calibration. With a Master's and Ph.D. in Microelectronics from Auburn University and a Bachelor's in Wireless Communications from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Yun possesses a strong educational foundation to support a successful career in advanced semiconductor technologies.
