Knut Andreas Øyvang is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a landscape architect at SLA since January 2023, Knut also holds the position of university lecturer at Norges miljø- og biovitenskapelige universitet (NMBU) since September 2013, focusing on the integration of Virtual Reality in landscape architecture and developing new teaching methodologies. Prior experience includes roles at COWI, Multiconsult, and Hjellnes Consult as, where project responsibilities encompassed the design and management of various landscapes, including skate parks and residential areas. Earlier experience includes tenure at Sundt & Thomassen AS, focusing on planning and design of diverse projects, and a brief role at Skien kommune. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and additional studies at Lincoln University in New Zealand.
