Cecile Exterkate

Cecile Exterkate serves as the Health Manager for Global Projects & Ventures and Manager for Shell Health International at Shell since October 2020, where Shell Health provides science-based health expertise and services to support business outcomes. Additionally, Cecile is a member of the Curatorium for the Executive Master in Change Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and holds several supervisory board positions with organizations including Dichterbij, Slachtofferhulp Nederland, and Perspectief Herstelbemiddeling. Active in advocacy, Cecile is also a member of Topvrouwen.nl and volunteers for Microkrediet voor Moeders. Previously, Cecile served on the board of de Nederlandse ggz and was the chairman of vLOGO. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology, a Doctorate in Social Sciences from Radboud University, a Clinical Psychologist-Psychotherapist degree, and additional leadership and management training from distinguished institutions.
