Ashton Williams

Ashton Williams is the Sr. Manager of Global Programs at Slack. Prior to this, they were with Ada for two years, first as Manager of Revenue Enablement, and then as Sr. Manager of Revenue Enablement. During their time at Ada, Ashton was responsible for leading a team of six and increasing overall attainment while decreasing time to ramp.

In 2020, Ashton successfully scaled the Enablement team while maintaining consistent ramp. Notable projects and programs during their time at Ada include the design and delivery of role-specific onboarding programs and corporate orientation, technology implementation and adoption, process optimization and implementation, and methodology roll-out for the SDR/BDR organization.

Ashton Williams reports to David Ard, SVP, Head of Employee Success. Ashton Williams works with Mary Moseley - Sr. Manager, Global Annual Programs, Amy McAuliffe - PMO Program Manager, People Programs.
