Laura Parody

Laura Parody is a seasoned professional in customer success and program development, currently serving as a Senior Success Manager at Slack since August 2021. Prior to this role, Laura held positions as a Customer Success Manager and Implementation Manager at Procore Technologies from September 2019 to February 2021. Laura's experience also includes working at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center as a Development Associate and as an MSW Intern at Children of Promise, NYC. Earlier in Laura's career, Laura was a Corps Member with Teach For America, having completed an intensive training program with a highly competitive acceptance rate. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from New York University.
