Sonja Skopp is the CEO, Chief Executive and Engagement Officer at Sladen Consulting, leading a purpose-driven organization focused on creating sustainable business environments. Previously, Sonja held various leadership roles at Merck Group, including Head of Operations and Director roles in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Development. With a background in Food Chemistry and Chemistry, Sonja has extensive experience in analytical development, compliance management, and strategic initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, Sonja has a PhD in Organic Analytical Chemistry from the University of Basel.
