Julie Lowe

Julie Lowe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of Experience Design and UX. Currently, they are working at Slalom Build as the Director of Experience Design since January 2022, after serving as an Experience Design Principal from May 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Schlumberger as a Lead UX Architect from October 2017 to May 2019, and as a UX Architect from October 2016 to October 2017. Before Schlumberger, Julie worked at Mutual Mobile as a UX Lead from November 2013 to June 2016, a Sr. Interaction Designer from October 2011 to November 2013, and an Interaction Designer from November 2010 to October 2011. Their earlier experiences include working at Sentient Services as a Usability Manager from January 2009 to October 2010, a Senior Analyst from January 2008 to December 2008, a Research Analyst from January 2007 to December 2007, and as an Intern from August 2006 to December 2006. Julie also had a brief internship at Souly Brands International from January 2006 to May 2006. Julie started their career as an Executive Assistant at The McDonald Consulting Group from May 2002 to May 2006.

Julie Lowe attended the University of North Texas from 2002 to 2006. Julie obtained a degree in an unspecified field of study. In addition to their formal education, Julie has obtained certifications such as Licensed Scrum Master and Licensed Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Inc. Julie also completed the Foundations in Design Thinking course at IDEO U in 2018.
