Prior to Slalom, Dev held multiple senior leadership roles at Virtusa, including VP of FinTech & Digital Transformation Solutions and Managing Partner for the Asset & Wealth Management Business Unit, contributing to accelerated growth and innovative technology solutions for major banking clients. Earlier career milestones include senior technology leadership positions at eFORCE, BazaarWorks, and I-Kinetics, showcasing a rich background in digital transformation and engineering.
