Helen Amaral

Helen Amaral, MHRM, CHRP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Leave and Benefits Senior Analyst at Slalom since November 2017, previous positions include HR Operations Specialist and HR Operations Coordinator at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as HR Coordinator at Sears Canada and HR Assistant at WWF-Canada, alongside earlier positions as Administrative Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and HR Intern at Clover Tool Manufacturing Limited. Helen holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Human Resources Management Certificate from York University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
