Jim Stroiney

Jim Stroiney is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in federal government services. Currently serving as Senior Director of Federal Services at Slalom since September 2018, Jim leads business development for Slalom's consulting services to the US government. Prior to this, Jim held significant roles at the Federal Aviation Administration as Acting Deputy CIO and Director of Enterprise Program Management Service, where innovation and strategic objectives for IT were advanced. Jim's career also includes a tenure at IBM as Associate Partner, consulting for federal agencies and the Department of Defense, and positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Softbridge Solutions. Jim's military experience includes serving as a Captain in the US Army as an Intelligence Officer. Jim holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
