Kentaro Tamura

Kentaro Tamura is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader for the Central Region at Slalom, Kentaro leads a team focused on connecting individuals with meaningful career opportunities. Previously, Kentaro held various director roles at Ecolab, where responsibilities included overseeing global contingent talent solutions and leading North America Sales and Service recruitment, significantly enhancing talent pipelines in STEM and other fields. Kentaro also contributed to community development as an Innovation Cabinet Member for the City of Saint Paul. Earlier experience at Target included roles such as Talent Acquisition Leader and Senior Recruiter, where strategic sourcing and team engagement were prioritized. Kentaro holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
