Maiko Aratake

Maiko Aratake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director of People Business Partnerships and Talent Acquisition at Slalom since September 2020, Maiko previously held various positions at Tableau Software from June 2014 to August 2020, including Manager of Employee Success APJ and Human Resources Business Partner for the APAC region. Early career experiences include roles at BD as a Planner and at MTV Networks as HR College Relations Coordinator. Maiko holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey, supplemented by further education at Fordham University.
