William Shupe

William Shupe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. William is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Slang since December 2021. Prior to that, from June 2020 to December 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at Osmosis - Knowledge Diffusion. Before that, from February 2020 to June 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Canopy. From May 2017 to January 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Instructure. William also has experience as a Software Engineer at Pixio LLC from November 2015 to May 2017, and at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from May 2014 to November 2014. Before transitioning to software engineering, they worked as an IT Customer Support at Ogden City from July 2012 to May 2014. William'searlier work experience includes being a Math Tutor at Weber State University from September 2009 to December 2009, and working as Door Security at Golden Spike Events Center from January 2007 to December 2009. Overall, William has gained expertise in software engineering and leadership roles throughout their career.

William Shupe earned their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Weber State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. William then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah, from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they went on to complete their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science at the University of Utah from 2019 to 2020.
