Silvana Maria Vergel Raad

Silvana Maria Vergel Raad is the current Head of Sales & Customer Success for Slang in LATAM. Prior to this, they worked for Hays Executive from September 2011 to November 2020, where they were Regional Director. In this role, they were responsible for launching the Hays Executive brand in Colombia, conducting competitor analysis, developing commercial strategies, and managing the team. Silvana also oversaw the development of the company's recruitment model, methodology, and tools. From July 2018 to June 2019, they were also responsible for the operation of Hays Executive Mexico.
