Harikrishnan C

Harikrishnan C has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Harikrishnan is currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Slang Labs since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Intern at Abb Corporate Research Center from January 2021 to July 2021. In this role, they implemented and trained a Dense Passage Retriever for semantic-based text retrieval and built a transformer-based scalable question answering system. Harikrishnan also designed a pipeline for generating a question answering dataset for fine-tuning QA systems and proposed a novel "Q2Q Search" for Question Answering for domain-specific Industrial data.

Before joining Abb Corporate Research Center, Harikrishnan worked at Infosys as an Associate Data Analyst and later as a System Engineer and Systems Engineer Trainee. In their role as an Associate Data Analyst, they developed an AutoML pipeline for automatic preprocessing, feature extraction, and training multiple machine learning models. Harikrishnan was also part of a team that won a Hackathon conducted by Infosys AI and Automation unit.

Prior to Infosys, Harikrishnan worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Agrima Infotech and as an Intern at NdimensionZ Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Harikrishnan C completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering at Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering from 2013 to 2017. Harikrishnan then pursued their Master of Technology (MTech) in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Database Architecture, Scale, and NoSQL with Elasticsearch" from Coursera in July 2021, "Build Basic Generative Adversarial Networks" from deeplearning.ai in October 2020, "Mathematics for Machine Learning" from Imperial College London in September 2020, "Natural Language Processing" from deeplearning.ai in September 2020, "Deep Learning" from deeplearning.ai in August 2020, and finally, the "Data Analyst Nanodegree" from Udacity in October 2017.
