Emily Yen

Emily Yen is a seasoned professional with significant experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as a Sr. Materials Program Manager at Waymo since April 2025, Emily also holds the position of Chief of Staff at Slant'd, a non-profit organization. Previously, Emily was involved with Google from April 2015 to March 2024 in various roles including Director of Operations and Strategy and Operations Lead for both Reverse Logistics and Mobile Product Operations. Before Google, Emily worked at Apple as a Global Supply Manager and held multiple buyer roles at General Mills, contributing expertise in sourcing logistics and operational supplies. Emily began the career journey as a Sourcing Intern at General Mills in 2008. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Minor in Mandarin Chinese from Arizona State University, complemented by coursework at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
