Jessica Faust

Jessica Faust started their work experience in 2005 as a Regional Field Staff member for the Republican Party of Minnesota, where they managed grassroots efforts and trained site leaders. Jessica then worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, Congresswoman Bachmann's Office from 2007 to 2014, serving as a Constituent Services Officer and later as Deputy District Director. In this role, they worked with federal agencies on behalf of constituents and authored communications for the Congresswoman. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Reell Precision Manufacturing Corporation, starting as an Executive Administrative Assistant for the CEO & President and then as an Operations Project Manager. Currently, they are working as a Senior Client Change Manager at slashBlue since September 2022 and previously held the position of Project Portfolio Manager from May 2021 to October 2022.

Jessica Faust received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Spanish from St. Olaf College, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota in November 2018 and became a Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt through ASQ - World Headquarters in March 2018.
