Liaw Alice

Liaw Alice has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Liaw started their career as a Product Manager at SLASIFY, where they were responsible for optimizing internal operation processes and user experience on the admin console. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at SmartBee Intelligence, focusing on Fintech products and leading the team in building an MVP for an innovative shipment loan using shipment-related big data. Alice also served as an Editor at Sunrise 65ed時報, where they specialized in FinTech and InsurTech subjects. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Product Manager at LINE Pay Taiwan, overseeing the device of money collection and conducting market research to gather user feedback. Earlier in their career, Alice was a Project Manager at 玉山金控, where they were involved in projects such as Digital Loan and Payment of Mobile Bank APP, focusing on A/B testing, user research, and optimizing the UX experience.

Liaw Alice obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from National Sun Yat-Sen University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from National Chung Hsing University from 2008 to 2012. Liaw has also obtained various certifications from the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance (TABF), including a certification in Banking Control and Internal Audit in March 2018, a certification in Financial Numeracy in July 2016, and a certification in Financial Market Knowledge and Career Ethics in January 2016.
