Shehani Seneviratne

Shehani Seneviratne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and software services sector. Currently serving as Vice Chair and Director of Operations at SLASSCOM, and actively involved as a General Council member and Head of the Quality Forum, Shehani has significantly contributed to the organization since July 2018. At 99x, where employment began in November 2003, positions held include Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Manager/Process Specialist. Additionally, Shehani is a Board Director and founding member of the Women's Chamber for Digital - Sri Lanka since April 2019. Previous experience includes serving as a visiting lecturer on Project Management at the Informatics Institute of Technology and a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead at Millennium Information Technologies. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from Manchester Metropolitan University, with prior education at Bishops College and the National University of Singapore.
