Bernadette Lussier

Bernadette Lussier is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and compliance in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at Stealth Start-up since November 2023, Bernadette previously held the role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Phantom Auto, a company specializing in semi-autonomous teleoperating vehicles. Bernadette's experience includes significant positions at Lucid Motors as Associate General Counsel, contributing during the company's transition to a publicly traded entity, and at ARaymond Network as Managing Global Legal Counsel. Other notable roles include Corporate Counsel at SA Advisors LLC, where Bernadette provided legal guidance for Homeland Security compliance, and General Counsel at ASC Incorporated, managing legal affairs for a major automotive systems company.
