Justin Wade

Justin Wade currently serves as the Head of FP&A at Slate, beginning in August 2023, with a focus on exploring opportunities in the electric vehicle sector. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Finance Director at Xeal from November 2022 to August 2023. Justin's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Rivian, where roles ranged from Senior Finance Director to Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager from June 2015 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes various finance-related roles at Whirlpool Corporation from July 2012 to June 2015 and several positions at Vanguard from June 2006 to August 2010. Justin holds an MBA with emphases in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Early education includes a diploma from West Carteret High School and attendance at Northfield Mount Hermon.
