Cha Lee

Cha Lee is a seasoned real estate development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at Slate Property Group since September 2022, Cha has previously held significant positions, including Capital Officer and Senior Relationship Manager at Capital One from August 2018 to September 2022, and Vice President of Real Estate Development back at Slate Property Group from June 2015 to July 2018. Cha's career also includes contributions as Assistant Vice President of Affordable Housing Development at Mountco Construction & Development and Deputy Director in the Division of Special Needs Housing at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Cha holds a Master of Public Policy focusing on Housing and Urban Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science from New York University Stern School of Business.
