Vincent Bellotti

Vincent Bellotti is an experienced restaurant and bar manager currently working at Slatebridge Restaurant Group, Inc since October 2022. Prior to this role, Vincent served as a chef and kitchen manager at Saucy Chops from February 2021 to October 2022 and as the head chef at The Breakfast Club RVC from May 2019 to February 2020. Additional experience includes serving as front of house manager at La Bottega of Merrick and head chef at Maier’s Brick Cafe. Vincent completed an associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services at The Culinary Institute of America between 2015 and 2017 and has attended Nassau Community College and the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
