Laura Preston

Laura Preston has over 10 years of experience as a clinical negligence lawyer. Laura currently works as a Principal Lawyer at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, managing a team and handling various clinical negligence cases. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Associate at the same company. Laura also has experience as an Associate at Fieldfisher and as a Solicitor at both Slater & Gordon Lawyers and Irwin Mitchell. At Irwin Mitchell, they worked as a Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor, Research Manager, and Legal Researcher, specializing in medical law and patients' rights.

Laura Preston obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Geography from Newcastle University between 2001 and 2004. Laura then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PgDL) at BPP Law School from 2004 to 2005. Following that, they completed a Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the same institution in 2005-2006. Laura also holds a certification as an APIL Senior Litigator from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
