Oliver Clowsley

Oliver Clowsley has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Oliver currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK) since December 2023, previously serving as the Finance Director from May 2021. Before joining Slater and Gordon Lawyers, Oliver worked at ODEON Cinemas Group from October 2017 to May 2021, where they held roles such as Head of Commercial Strategy, Revenue & Insight, and Head of Finance Business Partnering. Prior to ODEON Cinemas Group, Oliver worked at HSS Hire from February 2014 to September 2017, where they held the positions of Head of Pricing & Field Sales Effectiveness and Finance Manager. Their earliest work experience was at ITV, where they held various roles including Group Cashflow and Balance Sheet Manager, Finance Business Partner - ITV.com, and Management/Financial Accountant from May 2008 to February 2014. Throughout their career, Oliver has demonstrated expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, business partnering, pricing strategies, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.

Oliver Clowsley completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Liverpool in the years 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued further studies in Accounting, obtaining a degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) between 2008 and 2011. Lastly, Oliver attended The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2011 to 2012, where they focused on Sustainable Performance Management in the field of Accounting and Business/Management.
