Simon Martin

Simon Martin has extensive work experience in various technology roles. Simon currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK), where they have implemented a technology strategy and led digital transformation initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Director of Technology, responsible for the technology capability within the company. Simon also worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as the Head of Product Delivery and Senior Delivery Manager, overseeing software delivery and application support. Earlier in their career, they held positions at IBM as a Change Manager and at Capgemini as a Product Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Technical Team Lead. Their experience also includes roles as a Software Developer and System Test Analyst at EDS, where they followed a waterfall methodology and performed configuration management duties.

Simon Martin attended Thomas Telford School from 1991 to 1997, focusing on Information Technology for their field of study.
