Dawson Beggs

Dawson Beggs has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Dawson is currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Slate since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at Slate from July 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Slate, they were employed at Later, where they held the position of Product Designer (Growth) from March 2020 to January 2021 and Product Designer from March 2017 to March 2020. Additionally, Dawson founded and operated vancouverhairpinlegs.com from January 2016 to June 2019. Dawson also founded Visulabs in 2012, where they worked with various industries, such as real estate, private equity, lifestyle, food & beverage, hospitality, and software, in creating intelligent and performant design-driven websites and brands. Lastly, Dawson worked at Nazar Capital Partners as a Design & Marketing professional from August 2011 to September 2012.

Dawson Beggs began their education in 2009 at The University of British Columbia, where they pursued a degree in Real Estate Development. They completed this degree in 2010 and then continued their education at The Creative Circus from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Advertising within the Design field.
