Joseph Pellizzon

Joseph is an Orange County native who joined Slatt Capital in April 2015. As an Analyst, Joseph helped underwrite, process, and close over $500M in commercial real estate debt across all asset types throughout the country. Since his promotion to Commercial Mortgage Banker, Joseph has specialized in Multi-Family transactions having closed over $40M in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. Prior to joining Slatt Capital, Joseph worked as an Analyst for Eagle Home Mortgage, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation.
