Rich Hildebrand

Rich Hildebrand is an East San Francisco Bay Area native and currently resides in Alamo, California. Mr. Hildebrand is a 20-year veteran of the commercial lending industry. After starting his career in construction lending Rich expanded into assisting his clients with their multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use properties in California, Colorado, and throughout the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Slatt Capital as a Commercial Mortgage Banker Mr. Hildebrand spent the previous seven years with Amalgamated Bank (formerly New Resource Bank) in their commercial real estate division. Rich has additional prior experience working for several SF bay area community banks as well as Wells Fargo.
