Joni Fitri

Joni Fitri is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Field Operator V in Pressure Pumping at Baker Hughes since July 2016, Joni has also held multiple roles, including Frac Pump SPV, Hydration Unit Operator, and Blender Operator for Baker Hughes UAE since November 2016. Prior positions include Pump Operator and Well Services Supervisor for Schlumberger Saudi Arabia, Cementing Operator, Fluid Pump Operator, and Nitrogen Operator at PT. Arofrasa Victorindo, as well as roles in foundational positions within Schlumberger and Halliburton. Joni holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Mining Engineering from the University Islamic of West Java, completed from 2000 to 2006.
