Adriana Waltrick

Adriana Waltrick serves as an Independent Board Member at GRUPO CBO - Companhia Brasileira de Offshore and SLC Agrícola S.A. since September 2020 and April 2022, respectively. Holding the position of CEO at SPIC Brasil since June 2012, Adriana also served as VP of M&A, Director of M&A and Corporate Strategy at CPFL Energia from January 1999 to February 2012, representing Brazil's largest private utility group. Earlier experience includes roles as Corporate Strategy Manager at Grupo RBS and International Business Manager at Fitesa, where Adriana managed export operations and negotiated contracts in various international markets. Academic credentials include an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and additional degrees in Finance and Marketing and Logistics from respected Brazilian institutions.
