Clément Bachellerie has an extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Clément is currently employed as Lead Game Designer at Sledgehammer Games since October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Game Designer at Sledgehammer Games from March 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Sledgehammer Games, Clément worked as a Senior Game Designer at Ubisoft Toronto from October 2019 to February 2022.

Clément'searlier experience includes working at Ubisoft Nadeo, where they held the position of Associate Game Director from May 2018 to September 2019 and a Game Designer from October 2013 to May 2018.

Clément's gaming career started at Mekensleep, where they worked as a Game Designer on an unannounced project from September 2012 to September 2013. Prior to this, they had an internship as a Game Design Intern at Mekensleep, where they contributed to the development of Meatspace Invasion, a Free-to-Play iOS project, known for its innovation in the genre of pervasive games through geolocation. This project received accolades, including the "Best Real World Game" prize at IMGA and the "Innovation" prize at EIGD.

Clément Bachellerie's education history is as follows:

From 2012 to 2013, they attended Université Paris Cité and completed a sandwich degree program in Computer Science, specializing in Projet Informatique et Stratégie d'entreprise (PISE).

From 2009 to 2012, they pursued their Master's degree in Game and Interactive Media Design at ENJMIN (Ecole Nationale des Jeux et Médias Interactifs Numériques).

Between 2006 and 2010, Clément Bachellerie studied Comparative Literature at Université Paris-Sorbonne, earning a Master's degree.

From 2004 to 2009, they pursued their passion for music at Paris Claude Debussy Conservatory of Music, specializing in Jazz. Clément completed the Jazz third cycle program.

Lastly, from 2002 to 2006, they obtained their Bachelor of Art and High School diploma from Lycée Jean de la Fontaine. During this time, they specialized in literature with an Art and Music focus.
