Lathieeshe Thillainathan

Lathieeshe Thillainathan is a Senior Development Director at Sledgehammer Games since September 2021. Prior to that, worked at Ubisoft for over a decade, where Lathieeshe held various roles including Live Producer on Watch Dogs Legion, Associate Producer, and Production Manager on next-gen titles. Lathieeshe also successfully completed and shipped Splinter Cell: Blacklist on multiple platforms during a three-year project. With a background in video game design from York University and IADT, Lathieeshe has experience in various aspects of game development including data management, release management, QA analysis, and creative/technical direction.
