Billal Saidi

Billal Saidi is an Information Technology Support Analyst at Sleep Number Corporation, responsible for on-site and online technical support, service coordination for Dell Technologies, and end-user support since August 2023. Previously, Billal served as a Genesys Works Professional, completing an 8-week preparation program for internships from June 2023 to October 2023. Billal is currently pursuing a master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Minnesota and has an educational background from Al-Amal School and Concordia University-St. Paul.
