John Griffith

John Griffith is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Vice President and Division Manager at Sletten Construction Company since October 2023. Previously, John was the Owner of Tandem Design + Build from May 2019 to December 2023, where a focus on relationship-based design and construction delivered high-quality projects with transparent communication. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Caspar Building Systems Inc from January 2015 to May 2019 and at Groathouse Construction, Inc. from 2007 to December 2014, as well as serving as Project Engineer at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. from June 2002 to January 2007. John holds a degree in Construction Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, earned between 1998 and 2002.
