Kate Bierbaum

Kate Bierbaum is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and product engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Sleuth since 2022, Kate previously held leadership roles at Lever and Salesforce, where responsibilities included directing product engineering and overseeing critical projects like the Tableau security and sharing sectors, as well as managing UI teams for the C360 integration platform. Kate's experience extends to managerial positions at Twitter and earlier roles at Salesforce and Tendril Networks. Additionally, Kate co-founded Girl Develop It in Boulder, focusing on teaching software development. Educational qualifications include a BS in Computer Science from Dickinson College and further studies at The University of Queensland.
