During the course of his practice, he has advised on various employment related matters, shareholder agreements & contracts, preparation of wills, conveyancing matters as well as experience in mergers & acquisition cases.

The depth of Luke’s knowledge and experience allows him to provide big-picture advice to his clients quickly and efficiently and has a strong willingness to resolve issues as soon as they arise. Being fluent in Chinese Mandarin has also enabled him to assist clients from a non-English speaking background in navigating their way through the legal system.
