Fatjona Lala

Fatjona Lala has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 at Sicily's Pizza as a Call Center Representative. In 2014, they joined Slice as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to the role of Customer Service Manager. In 2017, they became an Order Processing Team Lead before taking on the position of Finance Accountant in 2018. Fatjona's most recent role at Slice is Senior Team Lead in Finance, which they have held since March 2021. Overall, Fatjona has demonstrated their skills in customer service, team leadership, and financial management throughout their career.

Fatjona Lala completed their primary education at Sh. F. Said Najdeni in Diber from 2001 to 2008. Fatjona then attended High school "28 Nentori" in Diber, where they completed their Gymnasium degree from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they enrolled in South East European University from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Contemporary Sciences and Technologies with a specialization in Business Informatics.

In terms of additional certifications, Fatjona obtained a Certificate of Advanced Excel from Semos Education in November 2020. Fatjona also holds a Certificate of Microsoft Word from South East European University. Moreover, they completed an English Course at American Corner - Tetovo, for which they hold a Certification of completion.
