M.sc Vasilika Kalajdjiska

Vasilika Kalajdjiska, M.Sc has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vasilika started their career as a Legal Intern at Law Office "Ristova" in 2016. Vasilika then worked as a Financial Advisor for WVP Fund Management and a Human Resources Assistant at Povio Labs in the same year. In 2017, they participated in the Work & Travel Program by the U.S Embassy in Skopje, taking on various jobs and positions. In 2019, Vasilika joined PwC North Macedonia as a Tax Trainee and later progressed to the role of Tax Consultant, where they handled tasks such as client communication, tax audit projects, and representation in front of administrative institutions. Vasilika also provided tax and legal advice, drafted contracts, maintained databases, and conducted invoice analysis. Vasilika then moved on to work as a Research Analyst at The Big Search in 2022, focusing on research-related responsibilities. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Slice, starting in 2023.

Vasilika Kalajdjiska, M.Sc has a diverse educational background. Vasilika obtained a Master of Science degree in Energy: Strategy, Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus from 2018 to 2020. Simultaneously, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" in Skopje during the same period. Prior to their master's degrees, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" from 2015 to 2018. Moreover, in 2015 and 2016, they attended the New Man's Business Accelerator, where they focused on Marketing, Advertising, and Communications.

In addition to their academic achievements, Vasilika Kalajdjiska has obtained several certifications. Vasilika is a Certified Court Translator from English to Macedonian and vice versa, acquired from the Ministry of Justice in North Macedonia, in May 2022. Furthermore, they hold a license as an Insurance Broker, which they obtained from WVP Fund Management in July 2016. Additionally, they completed a Professional Diploma in Marketing and Advertising from the New Man's Business Accelerator in June 2016.
