Beat Sigrist

Beat Sigrist has over 24 years of experience in human resources and sustainability. Beat currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources & Sustainability Officer at Franke Group, where they are also a member of the Corporate Executive Board. Prior to this, Beat worked at Sulzer Ltd. as the Head of Corporate Human Resources for ten years. Beat also served as the Head of Organization Development at Swisscom and worked as an HR Manager at Bosch Power Tools.

Beat Sigrist obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of St.Gallen in the period from 1992 to 1996. It is not specified when they attended IMD or what degree or field of study they pursued there.
