Shaun Graham

Shaun Graham has extensive experience in quality assurance engineering. Shaun started their career at Lagan Technologies where they completed a work placement from November 2009 to July 2010. Shaun then worked as a QA Engineer at KANA Software from June 2011 to June 2014. Shaun joined Verint in January 2015 as a Senior Software QA Engineer, where they were responsible for testing strategy, planning, and execution for various projects. Shaun worked on mobile applications and web-based customer relationship management software, collaborating with the testing team, developers, and product management. Shaun's most recent role was at Slice, where they held multiple positions. Shaun initially joined as a QA Engineer in September 2019 and was promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in January 2021. Shaun currently serves as the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, starting in September 2021.

Shaun Graham studied Computer Science at Ulster University from 2007 to 2011.
