Cole has an impressive background as a strategic leader with deep experience with omnichannel consumer brands, global expansion, restaurant operations, and franchising. She spent the last decade at [Focus Brands](/org/focus-brands-inc) in progressively larger executive roles, first as the president of Cinnabon, then as group president of [Focus Brands](/org/focus-brands-inc) overseeing licensing, manufacturing, and CPG, and finally as chief operating officer (COO) and president of [Focus Brands](/org/focus-brands-inc) for the last four years.

As COO, she was responsible for all seven of its global brands: Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Moe’s, McAlister’s, Schlotzsky’s, and [Jamba](/org/jamba), as well as the Licensing and International divisions responsible for building the brands in over 55 countries. Cole is credited for driving the turnaround of the Cinnabon business, building that franchise and its multi-channel business into a $1B brand, and for leading strong teams, innovation, and organizational change to support the growth of the company, franchisees, and brands.

Portnoy has not only become an authority in the pizza category, he has an authentic passion for helping small businesses. Inspired by the economic hardship many businesses faced as a result of Covid-19, Portnoy created the Barstool Fund and has effectively raised over $41M to support small businesses. His effort to help small businesses doesn't end there. The founder of Barstool Sports will use his market reach and loyal following to help Slice attract more pizzerias and capture a bigger share of the $47 billion dollar industry.

Peter Chane is the current Chief Product Officer at Slice. Peter has previous experience as a Board Member at Synapse School, and as a General Manager for Local Shopping at Google. At Microsoft, they were a PM, GPM, and Group Mgr. Peter also worked as a Campus Marketing Rep for Apple Inc., where they sold Apple desktops and Powerbooks.

Ilir Sela is the founder and CEO of Slice, a technology company that provides onsite computer services to small businesses and residences nationwide. Prior to founding Slice, Sela was the founder and CEO of Nerd Force, an onsite computer services company that supported small businesses and residences nationwide. Sela has been working in the computer and technology industry for over 20 years and has been a driving force in the industry, innovating new ways to provide computer and technology services to businesses and individuals.

Ilir Sela attended the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.

Jayant joined Slice from Amazon, where he most recently spent four years as Director of Worldwide Corporate Development. In that role, he led corporate development activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa, into advanced technologies such as robotics and autonomous driving, and into fintech and payments. Jayant also represented Amazon's interest as a board member for [Deliveroo](/org/deliveroo), the premier food delivery company in Europe. Prior to his time at Amazon, he worked for GenPact, [Credit Suisse](/org/credit-suisse) and i2 Technologies.

Dave O'Neill is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Slice. Dave has also served as COO of Indeed.com, where they oversaw the company's growth from approximately $40M of revenue and 200 employees in 2010 to over $4Bn of revenue with 10k employees in 2020. Revenue nearly quadrupled during the first 3 years of their tenure as COO. Dave also served as CFO of Recruit Holdings Co.'s HR Technology Strategic Business Unit.
