Jan Buda

Jan Buda has been working in the field of production since 2005. From 2005 to 2014, they were self-employed as an independent cameraman and editor, while also working as a cameraman, editor, and supervisor at the Audio Visual Centre of CTU students o.s. from 2006 to 2008, a technician at Main Technical Supervision at Televize Z1 from 2008 to 2007, and an operator in model reconstruction at Visual Connection a.s. from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Java and PHP Developer at NMS Market Research. In 2014, they became the Head of Production at SlidesLive s.r.o., where they were responsible for global production, supervising local production teams, hiring and training new production managers, videographers, and editors, as well as building the company's Livestreaming workflow and managing broadcasting of conferences from all over the world.

Jan Buda attended Czech Technical University in Prague from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor (Bc.) degree in Computer Science. Jan then returned to Czech Technical University in Prague from 2009 to 2012, earning an Engineer (Ing.) degree in Computer Science. During this time, they also attended Grenoble INP - UGA from 2010 to 2011, pursuing a Master of Science in Informatics.
