Michal Koláček

Michal Koláček has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Human Resources Administrator at Grow3 Limited. In 2015, they worked as an Event Corporate Communications Manager at UNIFER. Michal then moved on to the European Youth Parliament Czech Republic where they served as the Vice-President for Events from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Event Manager at the European Youth Parliament (EYP). In 2017, they joined Slido as a Data Analyst and Customer Care Agent. Michal was later promoted to Analytics Engineer and then became the Analytics Engineering Lead in February 2022. Additionally, in 2023, they started working as an IT Teacher at ZŠ Tyršova v Kuřimi.

Michal Koláček holds a Master's Degree in Financial Mathematics from Masaryk University Brno, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics from the same university, completing it from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Michal has obtained various certifications over the years, including training in teaching, Linux CLI for Data Science, Python programming, presentation skills, SQL for Data Science, machine learning in R, Tableau data visualization, and data mining in SAS.
